		<description>I&#039;ve had a similar problem. I once covered the gap under my door with towels and the little bastard still got into the room.

One thing that I have found that seems to be very effective, however, was to borrow next door&#039;s cat (admittedly, without their permission). I let it wander around the house for a while whenever it visited me, hoping to get its scent spread around a bit, and the mouse has now gone (well, at least, I haven&#039;t seen it for weeks, and it was one of the boldest creatures I&#039;ve ever encountered - came into rooms while I was in them).</description>
